Guidelines for submitting abstracts
- Abstracts must be submitted using the online form on the Congress website. Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted.
Important note: The abstract must be written in text format. - Abstracts must be submitted in English, with a maximum length of 400 words.
- Submission Deadline for abstracts on 28 February 2025.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection by email on April 2025.
- Authors submitting an abstract must register for the Congress to participate in the sessions before May 25, 2025
The abstract submission form must include the following information:
- Title.
- Type of presentation requested, oral or poster. However, please note that the final type of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee.
- Symposium to which you will submit your abstract.
- List of authors with full name and surname
- Identification of the author who will submit the abstract.
- Data on the affiliation of each author with the name of the institution, organization or company, city and country.
At the end of the process you will receive an e-mail confirming your submission. If you do not receive it, it may be that some step of the process has not been completed correctly. Please try again or contact the technical secretariat at the e-mail: euromat2025@bcocongresos.com
Publication of papers
After the submission of your abstract you are kindly requested to indicate your interest in publishing your contribution as a paper in the FEMS European Journal of Materials. We will forward your contact information to the journal’s editorial team if you indicate this.
Members of the Federation of European Materials Societies (FEMS) are eligible for a 20% discount which can be found on the FEMs website after logging in. There is also a 10% discount code for all EUROMAT delegates.
