- Gender as a Special Topic in the Social Life Cycle Assessment
Participants will engage in an interactive exercise designed to reflect upon gender-specific challenges such as the physical and chemical risks in various industries. This workshop aims to deepen understanding and foster empathy regarding gender disparities in occupational health and safety. - Women in Africa in Science: Challenges and opportunities
Through an introduction and SWOT analysis of the state of the art of women in scientific fields in Africa, participants will engage in a collective discussion on synergetic interactions which may enhance the involvement of African women in science and promote equity in their career evolution. - Supporting Women at Every Stage: Conversations on Career Development and Inclusion
Through a structured discussion on key themes such as mentorship, leadership opportunities, work-life balance, and institutional support, participants will engage in a dialogue to identify practical actions and collaborative approaches that support women’s career development and advance gender inclusion across disciplines.
